Walk off 350 calories in 45 minutes

Walk To Burn It!

Walking is a simple way to burn calories, " The biggest loser trainer,Bob Harper,designed a walk it off routine" that will burn 350 calories in just 45 minutes!First, comes the warm up, walk for a couple minutes,"keeping shoulders relaxed and letting arms swim naturally", then pick up your pace. Remember,The quicker  (not longer) steps, the better the burn. The next step is to add a power minute, where you can either: sprint, do jumping jacks or walking lunges. If you chose to sprint, you "should be breathless when you ease into your walk." If you chose to do jumping jacks, you should do them for a minute straight for atleast 3 times.When doing the walking lunge, remember to altenate both legs for a minute. So overall, you should "walk for four minutes and do a power minute and repeat nine times!"
