Obesity on the rise, so exercise !



With obesity rising like never before, a study came out Tuesday to make Americans aware of this huge epidemic. There are at least 42% of obese kids in every state. If this doesn’t get under control by 2030, there will be over 60% obesity in America; that’s more than two thirds. Obesity causes many preventable diseases like type 2 diabetes, shorter life expectancies, and greater life time medical cost. Now, there is obviously a way to prevent these problems  from happening and turn these statistics around! Working out is a must. There are different exercises that will help. My personal favorite is playing soccer with my friends. You can easily find a physical activity you enjoy to do with your friends as well,for example, you could play football, rake leaves, swim, or even walk a few laps around the mall, as long as it gets you moving for at least 20 minutes, you are on the road to a healthier body!
