Body image is defined as an intellectualor idealized image of what one's body is or should be like that is sometimes misconceived in such mental disorders as anorexia nervosa.

Body image is a big deal! People look at themselves and then look at the cover of Victoria Secret Catalogue to judge themselves and put themselves down for their body not being photo shot perfect. Here’s the deal, none of us are perfect! We all have different things with our bodies that are sometimes just weird, but that makes us unique! Instead of trying to hide your flaws, show the world you're proud to be you, show everyone how unique you are and how they could be too!!

Google maps has a "measure your distance" feature that shows the route you have been covering, weather you are walking, driving, or running. All you need to do is to enable the feature, and you will know exatcly where you are going, and how far the distance is.Its a very easy way to count miles. Hope you guys try out and enjoy this new feature!

Are Images of fit girls causing disorder behaviors?
Women have always been pressured to look a certain way by society.Recently people have been posting images of their bodies on tumblr or pintrest.These images are called "Fitspo", although these images have been put on the internent to encourage women and girls to work out, for some its causing eating disoders and behavioral problems. Some girls are pressured to look thin like the girls in these "Fitspos". Also there are pictures called "Thinsparation", which basically means, insparation to be thin. These images are being banned on websites as tumbrl and pintrest. These images are only insparational to a certain level. Girls shouldnt be pressured to look perfect, like the models in the images."Good health should be the goal, no matter what shape and size the package it comes in"

V8 is a Healthy Choice




People complain that eating healthy is a chore, so I have decided to help these people out with some simple healthy food ideas! To start off the day there are a few quick and easy ideas; you can try the Special K cereals with fat free milk, it’s yummy and very good for that hot bod!! V8 is another great option, from their original vegetable juice to their strawberry banana smoothie, no matter what you pick, there is a day’s worth of fruits and/or veggies behind that wonderful glass of V8!


Now, for lunch and dinner it does get a little harder, but there are still plenty of options out there! Healthy Choice foods are a great pick for lunch and dinner!! So what’s on their menu? Anywhere from Healthy Choice yogurt to their Healthy Choice Café Steamers (pastas, spicy Caribbean chicken, soups, even meatloaf with a side of potatoes and green beans!!)

 If you can find a few minutes to cook something up simply sautéing some red, orange, and yellow peppers and maybe a few onions in Pam cooking spray (fat free); while doing that grill up some chicken and start mashing the potatoes. Add a few green beans or broccoli to the plate and BAM! A healthy dinner that only took about 30 minutes! Making a couple left over’s is a great way to have healthy food for lunch the next dayJ

Walking is a simple way to burn calories, " The biggest loser trainer,Bob Harper,designed a walk it off routine" that will burn 350 calories in just 45 minutes!First, comes the warm up, walk for a couple minutes,"keeping shoulders relaxed and letting arms swim naturally", then pick up your pace. Remember,The quicker  (not longer) steps, the better the burn. The next step is to add a power minute, where you can either: sprint, do jumping jacks or walking lunges. If you chose to sprint, you "should be breathless when you ease into your walk." If you chose to do jumping jacks, you should do them for a minute straight for atleast 3 times.When doing the walking lunge, remember to altenate both legs for a minute. So overall, you should "walk for four minutes and do a power minute and repeat nine times!"
