New Upcoming Equipment!

Hello, my fitness bloggers!

So i know that doing the same workouts over and over again can get a little dull, but i can help with that! So i have been searching for some new informals and upcoming working out equipment. The first new equipment i found, as seen on TV is the Run Personal VisioWeb. Quick Breakfast!

Along with a good night sleep, a good breakfast is always needed! If you're one of those people who doesn't enjoy sitting down for break fast, drinking a Citrus Berry smoothie might be your solution for a quick breakfast. It is quick and simple to make, all you need is : 1 1/4 cups of fresh berries, 3/4 cup of low fat plain yogurt, 1/2 cup of orange juice, 2 table spoons of nonfat dry milk, 1 tablespoon of honey, and finally 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract. How delicious does that sound ?! It only takes five minutes to make and makes 2 cups of a delicious smoothie filled with carbohydrates and powerful antioxidants! What a great way to boost up your metabolism and start your day!
