It is quick and simple to make, all you need is : 1 1/4 cups of fresh berries, 3/4 cup of low fat plain yogurt, 1/2 cup of orange juice, 2 table spoons of nonfat dry milk, 1 tablespoon of honey, and finally 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract. How delicious does that sound ?! It only takes five minutes to make and makes 2 cups of a delicious smoothie filled with carbohydrates and powerful antioxidants! What a great way to boost up your metabolism and start your day!
